Shipping policy
How soon will my items be shipped?
Please allow up to 1-2 business days for your order to be processed and fulfilled. You will receive an email with your tracking information as soon as your order is shipped. It can take another 24 hours to see any movement in your tracking.
Where are you shipping from?
We ship out of Glendale, CA within the Los Angeles County area.
Can I pick up my order?
We do not offer any pick-up options at this time.
I just placed an order, can I make a change?
When placing your order, please ensure all of your account information including name, email address, billing/shipping address, payment info, and items in your cart are accurate. Once your order is shipped we cannot make any changes or updates to your order.
Where is my package?
After you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email. You will then receive a second shipping email once your order has been packaged and shipped with tracking information.
Is my package lost?
Once your order is handed off to the shipping carrier, CHESI is not liable for any lost or damaged packages or any other unforeseen events caused by the shipping carriers. If an unfortunate event occurs and your package is lost or there is a delay, please contact your local shipping carrier/post office so they can open an investigation.
What shipping couriers do you use?
USPS, DHL, UPS. Most Domestic orders are shipped via USPS.

Shipping to the US
Free standard shipping is available for all US domestic orders only. It will take about 3-4 business days once we hand off your package to our courier. If you are local in the Los Angeles area, shipping usually takes less than 2 days, but not guaranteed. We currently do not offer any expedited shipping options.
Shipping Internationally
Shipping to Canada will be calculated at checkout. We currently do not ship to the rest of the world. We hope to expand and grow our business to serve more customers internationally, in the future.
Canada customers may be subject to extra customs fees, taxes, and duties. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer to pay. We do not know how much these charges are and recommend that you contact your local customs office for detailed information.
